Teroson Plastic Primer 150ml Terokal (629356)

Description

Terokal 150 – Plastic primer to improve the adhesion of Terokal plastic adhesive – 9225. It is a transparent, liquid primer containing solvents in a spray based on chlorinated polyolefins. Areas of application Terokal – 150 is used to support the adhesion of Terokal – 9225 adhesive, which is designed for bonding plastics – PP/EPDM, SMC, PC, PA, ABS and PUR. Not suitable for softened PVC, pure PE and PP.

1. Preparation before gluing

• Painted surfaces must be dry, free of oil, petroleum jelly, wax, mechanical impurities, reagent residues and plastic treatment agents. Cleaning with high pressure water vapour is essential. After drying (IR or in the dryer), clean the components with Cleaner – FL. Finally, roughen the plastic parts with a grinder (roughness 120). Wipe off the dust after grinding and clean the parts again with the Cleaner – FL (drying time at least 5 minutes).

2. Application

• Terokal – 150 is applied from an aerosol can in a thin layer. Before applying Terokal – 9225 glue, wait at least 10 minutes.
